Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner, Behavioural Change Consultant and Performance Coach

Sought after for her pragmatic approach and creative passion, George is the founder and lead consultant at BARDO Inclusive, where she works to drive behavioural change, foster inclusion, and champion sustainability. As a senior consultant with Advance HE, George leads behavioural change initiatives for 25 UK universities and several in Mexico and Brazil, helping institutions create meaningful, lasting impact. She is also a Senior Associate with the award-winning Laurelle Brown ED&I consultancy, specialising in creating behavioural change to safeguard vulnerable adults, youth, and children from marginalised groups.

As the founder of GROWS, an initiative dedicated to fostering community collaboration and climate action in Wingfield and Stowford, George is deeply committed to promoting both environmental and social justice. She combines her expertise in behavioural change with a heartfelt dedication to sustainability and inclusion, creating impactful strategies for individuals and organisations alike.

Since 1998, George has specialised in behavioural change, working as a senior manager and consultant with an empathetic, tenacious approach that consistently delivers compelling results. With roots in Europe’s leading change management agency specialising in social change campaigns, she has helped private and public sector organisations develop integrated strategies that focus on true equity, cultural transformation, and measurable business outcomes.

Her diverse portfolio includes working with corporate clients such as Logica and L’Oreal, and public sector organisations like the British Army, Home Office, European Parliament, NHS, NHS Blood and Transplant, and several leading universities, including the University of Bath, University of Southampton, and Plymouth University. George’s expertise bridges industries and audiences, empowering organisations to build inclusive cultures and adapt to changing societal needs.
