TEAM BUILDING EVENTS
Stuck for an innovative Team Building Activity or Away Day that actually delivers?
We get it. You’ve tried strategy days, personality diagnostics, and even a party or two. Some people enjoy them, some don’t — and for most teams, the outcomes are unclear.
Inclusion is at the heart of everything, not as a lecture, but woven through the story and integrated into collaboration, problem-solving, and team challenges. Fully adaptable, fully immersive, and genuinely rewarding, these experiences leave teams energised, connected, and with behaviours that stick.
Want to leave the office?
If you are looking for an away-day version, why not consider visiting the BARDO Barn? Collaborate, create, and explore across 2 acres of green space — designed to spark curiosity, connection, and inclusive teamwork.
The BARDO Barn
At BARDO Barn, teams step out of routine and into immersive challenges that reveal real behaviour, strengthen trust, and build collaboration through shared experience, insight, and growth. There are two types of away days available, both of which offer creative learning woven through 2 acres of green space.

I'm at Work:
Get Me Outta Here!
Inspired by I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Outta Here, this away day challenges teams to earn tokens through fun, high-impact tasks that build growth, agility, and collaboration. Including: duck herding and agility.

The Case of:
The Missing
A murder mystery adventure meets team survival. Teams investigate and solve a murder, whilst completing challenges based on the blunders of the brain. Including: trust exercises and scavenger hunts.
IMMERSIVE WORKSHOPS
The immersive workshops below can be delivered as ready-to-go programs or tailored to your organisation’s specific needs. We can also adjust delivery and level of customization to suit a wide range of budgets.

Escape Room Challenge
Uncover hidden identities, micro-aggressions, and unconscious bias to “escape” as a team. Puzzle-rich and fast-paced, this experience makes your team notice the small, everyday behaviours that build or break inclusion, and embeds habit-forming nudges into their daily practice.
Murder Mystery
Investigate the “dying relationship” of a colleague with your organisation. Narrative-driven, emotionally immersive, and reflective — teams experience the impact of exclusion in real time and explore how systemic barriers can be unpicked. Embedding those new neural habits as they go.

The Mind Heist
Step inside the subconscious to identify bias loops, behaviour patterns, archetypes, and trust gaps. Cinematic, clever, and intellectually stimulating — your teams will learn how habits, shortcuts, and assumptions shape decisions, and how to redesign for fairness and inclusion.
The Inclusion Island
Survive, collaborate, and rebuild culture on a mysterious island. Playful, strategic, and highly interactive — perfect for uncovering hidden power dynamics, fostering empathy, and embedding belonging across teams.

The Neuro Bazaar
A lively, interactive marketplace of perspectives where every decision, trade, and conversation reveals hidden bias and power dynamics. Social, strategic, and highly practical — teams leave with tools for inclusive negotiation, collaboration, and decision-making.
Bandersnatch: The Choice Lab
Step into a story that changes based on the decisions your team makes. Every choice — big or small — has consequences that reveal hidden biases, assumptions, and systemic inequities. Cinematic, interactive, and deeply reflective, this workshop lets teams explore cause and effect in inclusion, practice ethical decision-making, and learn how small behaviours ripple through organisational culture.
